Indiana’s Constitution limits the state’s Governor to serving eight years in any twelve-year period.

ARTICLE 5. Executive

Section 1. Governor; term of office

Section 1. The executive power of the State shall be vested in a
Governor. He shall hold his office during four years, and shall not be
eligible more than eight years in any period of twelve years.

Indiana currently doesn't have any constitutional or statutory limits concerning tax and spending limitations or voter approval of taxes.
